A leading law firm are looking for a solicitor to focus on public procurement litigation matters within their well-established team in Bristol, and this opportunity has come about due to growth. The team are constantly winning new clients and are doing extremely well, working with clients from a range of sectors, including real estate and commercial. The work on offer is of extremely high quality, often gaining media attention. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with leading lawyers in this sector, and gain invaluable experience in procurement litigation work. The team have a genuine and collaborative culture, and you will also have the opportunity to progress quickly. You will be advising on procurement projects from start to finish for services, supplies and works under the Public Contracts Regulations, 2015, Utilities Contracts Regulations, 2016 and Concessions Contracts Regulations, 2016. The successful candidate will be expected to: Be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales or due to qualify soon, (Cilex qualified candidates will also be considered).
