Procurement Manager (Construction or Facilities)

Portfolio Procurement are recruiting for a Procurement Manager for a leading Property company based in Manchester & London. This role will be home based but will require occasional travel Manchester, London and sites across the UK.

Experience Required :

• Procurement experience in a construction or FM industry
• Lead on all contract tenders and renewals
• Budget planning and forecasting
• Benchmarking of services and contracts
• Knowledge of ESG / Net Zero targets
• Carry out regular supplier audits
• Market analysis of emerging supplier
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook
