What Youll Do:
Manage the procurement process for food & beverage, securing the best quality and prices.
Lead the strategy for our Prestige Basket, ensuring premium, plant-based items are always available.
Negotiate supplier deals and secure retrospective discounts to boost profitability.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure procurement aligns with our sustainability and business goals.
Analyze margins, track market trends, and ensure we're always offering competitive pricing
Ensure our system and other procurement tools are up to date with supplier data, pricing, and product details
Conduct regular supplier reviews, addressing any concerns with product quality, delivery, or service.
