About the Role
As a Procurement Manager, you'll lead end-to-end procurement activities, driving cost efficiencies and creating value for stakeholders. You'll manage medium-complexity categories while also being involved in larger projects, with responsibilities spanning supplier relationship management, strategy development, and contract negotiations. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop or further your leadership skills, as the role includes line management responsibilities and mentorship of team members.

What We're Looking For

• A solid understanding of public sector procurement frameworks, with healthcare experience being a distinct advantage.
• Strong category management and contract negotiation expertise, particularly within categories such as medical and surgical supplies.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial models and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Open to candidates without prior management experience who demonstrate potential and sector knowledge.
