PRODUCT ANALYST £400-£500 PER DAY (OUTSIDE IR35) 6 MONTH CONTRACT ECOMMERCE HYBRID (LONDON)Harnham is excited to bring you a new opportunity to work with one of Europe's fastest-growing and most talked about eCommerce brands, who are currently looking for support from a Product Analyst on a customer journey optimisation project. THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES As a Product Analyst, you will be responsible for generating actionable insights on the eCommerce site and app's customer journey. This will involve:Running A/B tests, incrementality and utilising amplitudeQuerying their Big Query database (SQL)Utilising Python for data extraction, manipulation and modellingLiaising with Product Managers to understand their vision for their product and running projects to support them in shaping that vision and bringing it to reality.Building dashboards and reports in Tableau to highlight key customer metrics YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE The successful Product Analyst will have the following:Experience working in product analytics, ideally within an eCommerce or Web/App-first businessStrong SQL skills with exposure to Big QueryStatistical background with experience running A/B tests (MVT, AB, Test & Learn, etc)Strong stakeholder management skillsPython is desirable, as is DBT, Amplitude (or similar).
