Whitehall Resources currently require an experienced Content Manager to work with a key client
Job description
As a Product Content Manager you will work in a dynamic and agile cross-functional team to support the deployment of our Digital Health Products, including (web portals, mobile applications, questionnaires, devices and revolutionary patient driven health monitoring solutions). Main responsibilities will be content management ownership of product and therapeutic area content assigned, including the end-to-end content development, translation processing and enablement for the product testing journey, ensuring the correct content is delivered, maintained and available for use by studies that use our product suite.
Product content ownership will include:
* Be a key part of the Content Management Team, translating the core product generic content throughout the various stages of development and implementation of the digital health products lifecycle. Additional aspects include hands-on content management work through a headless CMS platform.
* Be a key member of the Product development squads as the dedicated PoC Content Manager, aiding the teams to help define, design, develop and model content features for use in the CMS and across product client applications..
* Collaborate with other content managers on key feature developments that cross different areas, for a seamless approach to managing content split across areas.
* Be spokesperson for your dedicated squad(s) for enabling the end-to-end content process timelines for processing, translation and publication.
* Work closely with the wider Content team including, Content Director, Product Content Lead and Content Enablement team to lead, plan, assess, resource, reuse, store, process, and manage content effectively.
* Support the product and clinical study teams during the maintenance and closeout phase with content change requests and bug fixes.
* Support and coordinate the content management activities during the app and web elaborations, and feature development activities according to the product release, including alignment with study-related dependency deadlines.
* Collaborate with Content Managers for other products areas to ensure efficiencies and continuity across products and platforms, including the product suite, study onboarding activities and translation processes/requirements.
* Coordinate and manage translations defined by your product domain, and be responsible for the ongoing maintenance per release, with support from the Content Enablement team.
* Be a key part of new development squads, and supporting as a Content Manager to help shape, define, design, develop and model content features.
* Proactively pivot between different parts of the content production process with overlapping roadmaps and timelines, while keeping to strict deadlines.
* Support and actively contribute with improvement initiatives and active feedback within the digital health solutions meetings.
* Enjoy working at fast pace and in an 'agile framework, following continuously evolving processes.
* Be confident and able to 'speak up' during wider cross-functional meetings.
* Have fun, be a supportive team player and excel at GIF wars.
Required skills & experience.
* (Digital) Content Management experience (cloud-based or headless CMS)
* Bachelor Hons Degree in communication, media information, digital journalism, science and health, product development, or corresponding field
* Hands-on experience as a Content Manager
* Detailed experienced in publishing, editing and digital content development either as a copywriter, UX content designer, or project manager, including connected roles in corresponding fields.
* Experience with understanding localised content, and managing multiple translations for varying types of content.
* Experience of working in a cross-collaborative environment within a global organization.
* Excellent hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and Digital Asset Management systems (DAM)
* Good understanding of content production and localisation lifecycle for pharma or highly regulated science based industries
* Basic knowledge of web publishing, HTML and desirable knowledge of SEO, JavaScript and CSS
* Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional setting with internal and external partners
* Excellent stakeholder management skills
* Effective problem/conflict-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure and to manage deadlines
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deal with ambiguity and create clarity
* Ability to pivot tasks and provide solutions to frequently moving targets
* Strong proofreading and editing skills, and attention to detail
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Passion for working within cross-functional global teams
* Passion for customers, representing the needs of multiple customers in decision making
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Desired skills & experience
* Experience working with 'headless' Content Management Systems.
* Understanding of Clinical trial delivery or pharmaceutical landscape
* Experience working with the following software: Jira, Miro and Figma.
* Strategic and logical mindset with a forward thinking approach
* Understand User experience and customer journeys
* Ability to work globally, including international travel
* Digital Project Management experience
* Experience working within a highly regulated environment with strict processes
A strong passion for Health and/or working within a Life Science industry
Education/Experience:
* Hands on experience as Content Manager working directly in the CMS
* Experience as a translation coordinator
