Jackson Hogg are delighted to be supporting a North East born SME with the appointment of Product Documentation Administrator on a permanent basis full time basis.
Due to expansion in the business and the increasing need for regulatory and environmental compliance, the team are looking for a strong administrator with a keen interest in sustainability and regulatory affairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update Product Information Management files across the brands
- Monitor, maintain and stay on top of changes to safety and environmental regulations across UK & EU
- Update and maintain safety documentation for all products across the brands, ensuring they meet the latest safety regulations
- Ensure all product documentation stays compliant with current safety laws and industry standards
- Work closely with product teams to gather necessary information and keep safety documents accurate
- Regularly review and audit existing documents to keep them up to date
- Develop and maintain clear templates and guidelines for consistency across all products
- Support the sales office with export documentation (EU outbound) and Customer Service support where required
We are keen to speak with strong administrators with a good understanding of compliance, supply chain auditing and environmental compliance. You must be a good communicator both written and verbal with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
