Your Key Responsibilities in this Product Engineer job

• Understand and interpret technical requirements from clients, ensuring the engineering information is accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with design teams to support Product Data Management (PDM), Bill of Materials (BoMs), and ensure efficient information flow.
• Perform basic modelling and assembly activities in CAD software to ensure designs and parts selection is correct.
• Support the instrumentation team with order handling of motors and instrumentation for projects.
• Reduce engineering errors by identifying potential risks and helping the engineering team address gaps in technical specifications.
• Support cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Internal Sales, by providing technical insight and guidance.

This role is not just about technical expertise; it’s also about being able to communicate complex engineering concepts clearly and effectively with both external clients and internal colleagues. You’ll be at the heart of the engineering process, ensuring the smooth transition from design to manufacturing.

Who Are We Looking For?

A candidate with an HND/HNC/Degree in Engineering, ideally with a mechanical bias.

Able to learn and embrace new technologies and develop their understanding of instrumentation
