Product Executive

Gecko Travel Recruitment are thrilled to be working with this wonderful travel business in Cheshire who are recruiting a Product Executive to join their team on a permanent basis.

As Product Executive you will reporting into the Head of Product and be responsible for the development and management of their luxury travel program, this will involve contract loading, managing stop sales, supplier relationships, competitor analysis and product training with sales staff. Our client is independently owned and have created an incredible working culture, where your voice is heard and where you will be supported and mentored to achieve success.

This is a fully office based role in Cheshire.

The role:

• Responsible for the loading of hotel contracts in to the system


• Supporting the Head of Product in program development


• Dealing with special requests and promotions


• Taking ownership of stop sale notifications


• Liaising with overseas suppliers


• Supporting the sales staff on any product related questions


• Training the reservations staff on new products or destinations


• Keeping abreast of industry news


• Competitor analysis

You will have:

• Some previous travel industry experience or travel apprentice experience or a tourism degree or equivalent


• A keen interest in product management


• The ability to commute to the office for work


• Meticulous and excellent attention to detail


• Strong team player skills


• Excellent writing and communication skills

Additional Information:

• Salary �22-25,000 per annum


• Monday to Friday role from 9.00am-5:30pm
