Job Title: Product Integrity Engineer


Location: Warton, Prestwick, Brough, Filton, or Samlesbury. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.


Salary: £41,361 – £45,576 depending on skills and experience



What you’ll be doing:


This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a diverse engineering discipline covering all phases of the engineering lifecycle and supporting all products within the Air Sector. We have exciting opportunities currently available, where you can actively contribute to:



  • Systems integration and product integrity assessment in a conventional and digital environment

  • Capability upgrades to incorporate technological advancements

  • Validation, audit and airworthiness certification activities

  • Product defect investigation and international communications

  • Training into the areas of Product Safety, Product Environmental Sustainability, Product Security, or Airworthiness


Your skills and experiences:


Essential:



  • A degree in the field of Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Aerospace, Systems or Software)

  • Innovative and creative problem-solving skills to inspire continuous improvement

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to drive success in a team environment


Desirable:



  • Experience applying assessment techniques – Safety Security and Environmental (Hazard analysis, etc)

  • Awareness of project management techniques and knowledge of the engineering product development lifecycle

  • Knowledge of the product lifecycle management system

  • Jira and Confluence skills

Product Integrity covers existing projects such as Hawk, Typhoon and Tornado along with Future Programmes such as FalconWorks and FCAS/GCAP.
