The Client Our client is a highly regarded Digital Retail Bank. The Role The Product Manager will take ownership in playing a critical role in helping craft the Digital Banks Payment Products production direction and enhancing customer experience within the product stream for Current account and Savings products focusing on Digital Retail Banking. The Product Manager will have experience in Digital Retail Banking, managing the entire product lifecycle from start to finish. The Product Manager will specialise in Payment’s domain, taking responsibility for products including Current accounts, Savings accounts and Payments schemes (domestic UK transfers, international and FX). You will manage and oversee the product lifecycle, prioritisation, roadmap and solving challenging problems that align to our strategic goals.The Product Manager will lead essential commercial performance indicators, whilst heavily monitoring account balances and transaction volumes. The Product Manager will take ownership of commercial KPI’s and ensure it is in line with projected forecasts and financial plans whilst achieving or surpassing established objectives. The Project Manager will be a Certified Product Manager, Agile Certified Product Owner, or Certified Product Marketing Manager are preferable. The Project Manager will showcase great leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with proven CASA/Payments SME Knowledge. The Product Manager will develop a well thought out roadmap that equally enhances the business commercial needs, customer impact and expertise in Digital Retail Banking. The Product Manager will work alongside other Product members to develop financial strategies and product positioning to drive adoption, revenue, cost reduction, and overall profitability.The Product Manager is to work alongside Marketing and other Product Lead’s to enhance market strategies and the growth of new customer facing Payment products and features. The Candidate 3-5 years experience in working on Product launch and delivery of Retail Digital Banking Products, whether that be Saving accounts, Fixed Term Deposits or Payment methods. Preferred experience in start-up/fintech product teams and exposure to banking, financial and professional services. Experience working with engineers to create a product from start to finish. Must have written user stories or acceptance criteria. Pragmatic in managing trade-offs between scope, resource and time.Knowledge of Payment regulations and Scheme compliance requirements.
