Product Manager

A leader in endoscopy decontamination and re-processing capital equipment, this well known company is actively recruiting for a brand new role in Product Management.
As Product Manager you will be responsible for a portfolio of high value capital endoscopy reprocessing equipment and associated consumables sold into Sterile Services and Hospital Procurement as well as state-of-the-art Track and Traceability system that enables huge efficiencies with the workflow of the operating theatre and endoscopy suites.
You will serve as the product expert working closely with the sales team to ensure your go to market strategies are understood and implemented effectively. You will lead product launches as well as conduct product training for the sales team, develop marketing collateral and track results to identify areas for improvement and growth.
You will need a good track record in medical device product management with a solid understanding of product development cycles, sales processes and go to market strategies. You can expect a competitive basic salary, company car, health and pension schemes and a great working environment.
