You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to identify growth opportunities and refine our client's brand positioning. This role is crucial to laying the groundwork for our client’s ambitious expansion plans, offering you a unique opportunity to directly influence their growth trajectory and marketing strategies.✍️ Role Responsibilities:Positioning and Messaging: Craft data-driven product positioning and messaging for launch materials, marketing initiatives, web content, presentations, and more, ensuring it resonates with the target audience.Market Research: Perform ongoing market research, competitive analysis, and customer journey mapping to inform strategic decisions and identify customer challenges, pain points, USPs and market niches. Go-to-Market: Refine the go-to-market strategy for the app to incorporate customer insights and user behaviour into messaging and touchpoints, enhancing funnel conversion rates. Sales Enablement: Develop sales enablement materials, including product decks, battle cards, and case studies, to support the partnership and sales team.Knowledge Base and Product Education: Build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base and provide top-tier product education to enhance user understanding and adoption.🛠️ Essential Skills for the Product Marketing Manager:Proven experience (4+ years) in product marketing, preferably in SaaS.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, results-driven.Collaborative - able to work cross-functionally with departments across the business.Strong writing skills.
