Product Marketing Manager



Newbury (Hybrid)



£70,000 - £75,000 (plus bonus)

As the Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for knowing what the users and buyers want, understanding the products value proposition and turning this information into compelling messages for clients. You will work closely with the Product, Marketing and Sales teams, so strong communication skills are required.





Responsibilities:




  • Support new product releases and product marketing for existing solutions

  • Create materials that highlight product features and benefits

  • Researching the market to have a full understanding of the competitive environment

  • Highlight product features and benefits to Marketing and Sales teams, offer any necessary training

  • Work alongside different teams to develop high level sales tools (for example case studies, white papers, references or event support)

  • Ensure new information is announced internally and in a timely manner

  • Value proposition





Skills:




  • Ideally degree educated in Marketing, Product Development or a business related field

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills

  • Ability to effectively convey product value propositions to internal and external audiences, through strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Able to work closely with cross-functional teams and ensure business goals and strategies are aligned

  • Ability to understand technical software products and translate the feature sets into value for clients

  • Creative ideas for messages, promotional campaigns and product positioning that stand out in the market

  • Previous experience in a product marketing role

  • ERP industry and the target audience
