Product Owner - London Market, Digital, Broking Platform
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join a global broker. This role sits within the company's digital division, supporting the delivery of a new platform that will be hugely beneficial to this broker - it is up to the Product Owner to truly own its successful roll out and ongoing impact. Your experience in digital product ownership will support the strategic vision and adoption of the platform company-wide whilst collaborating with international business units, technology, digital and delivery partners.
This role involves working closely with various stakeholders, managing the product backlog, and ensuring the platform meets business needs. The successful candidate will have strong technical and communication skills and the ability to drive product vision and adoption.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the roadmap and strategic vision for the new platform
• Oversee the product backlog, ensuring alignment with overall strategy and prioritisation for optimal value
• Collaborate with Business and Technology teams to secure buy-in, set expectations, and communicate release plans
• Proactively engage with product users to gather and manage feedback on features and usability
• Coordinate with other teams and external vendors as necessary

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a digital-focused, broking platform Product Owner/Manager
• Experience in London Market insurance London
• Demonstrated success in driving adoption and strategy for digital applications
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, especially with cross-functional teams
