Product Owner

The company has raised more than €20M in venture funding and employs more than 150 people worldwide.With UK offices based in London & Manchester we are looking for a Product Manager to join our Immersive team.Product Owner Responsibilities Execution Management: Oversee day-to-day management of the Scrum team, ensuring timely and efficient execution of tasks.Backlog Prioritization: Manage and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with the product roadmap.Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with the Product Manager and design to establish product vision and translate that into actionable tasks.Sprint Planning: Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring continuous improvement.Team Collaboration: Foster collaboration with the Scrum team, and other teams, addressing any impediments to progress.User Story Development: Develop and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high-quality products by maintaining clear and detailed requirements.Progress Tracking: Monitor and report on the progress of product development to stakeholders.Our requirementsA strategic thinker with 3-5 years of experience in product management, ideally within a high-growth tech environment & with experience in social media/content space.Experienced with Agile methodologies and skilled in leading teams through the complexities of product development.An exceptional communicator and leader, capable of motivating others and advocating for your products.Proactive and entrepreneurial, with a knack for spotting opportunities and the drive to bring innovative solutions to life.Hands-on experience managing all stages of product development life-cycle.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skills.High sense of responsibility, individual initiative and accountability.Culturally adept and experienced in working with diverse, global teams, servicing multiple regions.CSPO or CSM certifications are preferred.
