Our client has an opportunity for a Product Quality Assurance Analyst to join them on a permanent basis. You will be accountable for performing the necessary actions to manage product non-compliances.

Role: Product Quality Assurance Analyst
Location: Esher, Surrey
Hours: 37.5 hours working per week (7.5-hour day between the hours of 08:00 - 18:00)
Salary: Up to �30,000 depending on experience

What you'll be doing:

  • Ensure that Suppliers Quality Notifications are solved according to the appropriate methods and due time.
  • Prepare the necessary documentation to manage potential derogation/concession requests.
  • Work alongside the Quality Control team to close Suppliers Quality Notifications effectively.
  • Perform the correct management of both physical and computerized segregation areas for non[1]compliant products.
  • Support the Product Quality Assurance Leader in the audits performed at the Suppliers' premises.
  • Perform the incoming inspection according to the control plan proposed by SAP.
  • Check and update on SAP the batch classification of the inspected material.
  • Use the measuring tools accurately.
  • To undertake, as directed, any other duties as may be commensurate with the overall efficient running of the Company

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience within a quality-based role
  • Able to read technical drawings
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering is desirable
  • Knowledge of the AS9100 standard
  • Knowledge of SAP QM
  • Knowledge of the MS Office suite
  • Able to use manual tools for dimensional inspection
