DriverReviews is a global platform specialising in consumer product reviews for tyres, and it has quickly grown to become Europe s largest verified tyre reviews platform. With over 400,000 reviews from genuine, verified motorists, DriverReviews provides in-depth reviews and insights on vehicles and tyres. DriverReviews aim is to be the most globally recognised and trusted tyre reviews platform and is currently seeking to appoint a Product Analytics Specialist to support the business in this next phase of exciting growth plans. Role Summary: Role: Product Analytics Specialist Company: DriverReviews/Blackcircles.com Location : Edinburgh (4 days in office, 1 day remote) Department: DriverReviews Role Profile: DriverReviews is currently seeking to appoint a Product Analytics Specialist to support the next stage of this exciting project s growth. Working closely with the Growth Manager, this person will play a key role in the day-to-day operations and development of the DriverReviews review platform. The right candidate for this role will be extremely collaborative, enthusiastic, driven and have a good eye for detail. Responsibilities include analysis of complex data to provide insights to the business and our partners, moderation and processing of customer reviews, collaborating with partners to help support the growth of reviews for their business, gathering feedback, and offering recommendations to the software product development team. To be successful as a Product Analytics Specialist, you must have a passion for the products you work with, a keen eye for spotting trends, a willingness to inspire partners, and the ability to work both independently and within a team. The role offers hybrid working, with time spent between our brand-new office in Fountainbridge, Edinburgh and working from home. Key Skills and Responsibilities: Support the day-to-day operational functionality of the review platform, including review processing and moderation, partner reporting suite and associated tools. Work with the Growth Manager to continually challenge and evolve the reviews platform to be the best in class. Work closely with the software product development team to help manage and maintain the reviews platform and associated tools. Interrogate data to generate business insights and actionable recommendations. Utilise data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for platform improvement and business growth. Report regularly data and insights from the reviews platform to support internal presentations. Develop and maintain dashboards/reports/models to enable self-service and data discovery for business areas using Power BI. Develop SQL queries and views to support business insight visualizations. Deepen relationships with partners to help support a smooth integration of review solutions into their digital channels and in line with agreed roadmap timings. Liaise with partners on product performance, review collection and moderation results. Follow and analyse market trends to ensure the reviews platform maintains a lead on the competition. Key Personal Criteria: A high level of attention to quality, detail and accuracy is required. Confident to work from own initiative, proactive and driven attitude. Experience in collaborating with external partners and as part of a team. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and teamwork skills Experience with Power BI (dashboards and administration), Microsoft SQL Server, and exposure to Python would be desirable. Ability to investigate large data sets, identify trends and create meaningful insight. Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment and prioritise workflows when ad hoc tasks are introduced.
