I am currently looking for a Product Specialist to join our dynamic team. We are a leading manufacturer of IP Camera’s and the software to support it. We provide AI with analytics to provide powerful solutions to help companies improve their security.  

The Role:

• Technical Support
• Sales & Pre-Sales Support
• Product Demonstrations
• Effectively manage relationships
• Accurately update our system with customer details
• Develop and maintain good and effective working relationships with colleagues
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products and services
• Increase knowledge of the industry and competitor activity to enhance market position
• Ability to manage own diary and time effectively
• Any other duties as necessary in the role
• Travel to meet clients

Skills and requirements:

• Previous demonstrable experience in a Security role
• Professional, business focused and results driven
• Strong individual with positive outlook
• PC literate and able to use Microsoft Office packages
• Technical knowledge
• Problem solver who can generate ideas and solutions
• Determined approach
• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel
