Product Support Coordinator

Better still, it requires minimal input from the customer; they can be as hands-on or off as they like.Due to further international growth and exciting new partnerships we’re looking for a Product Support Coordinator to help us create a best-in-class support function for our customers. This is a fully remote role, which can be done from anywhere in the world. This role is part time, with the option to increase to full time in the future should the role and individual require it. About the Role:Supporting existing clients in maximising our product’s usage in order to suit their business requirements. Demo the product to new potential customers.Help build our customer support knowledge by creating helpful articles and video tutorials for common queries and new product features. Identify and document product bugs and report these to the development team.Lead on product support marketing initiatives.Assist in the creation of the product roadmap by gathering feedback from existing users during support calls and identify product improvements.Assist with product testing and gathering feedback from beta groups.Support with App Store compliance. About you:You’ll be super proactive with initiative, not waiting for the work to find you.We value your opinion, therefore you’ll be the type of person to actively contribute to the improvements of our business. You’ll love dealing with customers and your resilience will mean that you’re not easily flustered when tough questions are asked.A tech native who can easily pick up and use new software without much guidance.Prior experience in a B2B or B2B2C SaaS support role preferred.Some exposure to the fitness, salon or beauty industry would be beneficial but is not essential.
