About You
Are you looking to do great things with an exciting, innovative video production company to support the making of films and animations for companies right across the UK and into Europe.
Then this could be the role for you!
As production coordinator, you will be a key support to the team from initial creative concept, through to shoot, post-production and final delivery of assets. Focussed on deadline delivery, while adapting an ever changing schedule you will be comfortable multitasking across various projects at any given time.
With exceptional organisational and communication skills, your day-to-day job would involve supporting the production and sales and marketing teams in the making and producing of videos across a range of sectors.
Your support will also include liaising with our customers about upcoming projects, providing updates, and helping to promote our work.
As an individual, you'd describe yourself as a well organised, structured thinker, who is willing to take on new challenges, communicate confidently, and be a team worker with an eye for detail.
Production Coordinator Key Responsibilities:

  • Admin support for production from concept to final delivery of assets.
  • Ensuring all projects are delivered on time.
  • Support production to manage projects using project management software.
  • Communicating regularly with our clients to keep them informed.
  • Manage our freelancer list and book freelancers when required.
  • Supporting the production team with travel logistics when needed.
  • Manage schedules and troubleshoot any issues.
  • Liaise between departments to ensure projects are on track and within budget.
  • Coordinate meetings and paperwork for projects.


Essential role requirements:

  • Experience with gmail, google suite or similar
  • Expert at time management.
  • A people person with great communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A quick and ambitious learner
  • Be highly organised, assertive, motivated and responsible to effectively manage priorities and stick to deadlines


Desirable role requirements

  • Experience of project management software Monday.com
  • An understanding of video and animation production
