Production Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities: As a Production Design Engineer , you will:
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure new bearings are manufacturble.
Develop and implement efficient production processes for new bearings.
Create manufacturing plans, including bills of materials and production schedules.
Proactively identify and mitigate potential manufacturing risks.
Design and implement robust gauging solutions.
Continuously improve manufacturing processes to optimize quality and efficiency.
To be successful you will need:
A Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably bearings or precision components).
Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
