Electronics Production Engineer
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electronics Production Engineer to join our RF Power division. This role focuses on optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring quality control, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across our electronics product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform component-level troubleshooting and implement systematic solutions for production issues
* Lead manufacturing process development and optimization
* Create and maintain technical documentation including SOPs, FMEAs, and control plans
* Support new product development with DFM/DFA expertise
* Manage manufacturing change processes and product configurations
* Provide technical guidance for production teams
* Ensure workplace safety compliance and risk assessment
* Support customer/project bid preparations
Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of electronics test and manufacturing engineering experience
* Strong electronics knowledge with component-level fault finding capability
* Experience with RF test techniques and high voltage electronics
* Proven track record in problem-solving methodologies (8D, A3, Root Cause Analysis)
* Understanding of SPC and manufacturing metrics
* Excellent communication and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
* Security clearance eligibility (SC level)
