Production Improvement Planner

Involve Recruitment (midlands) Ltd are working with a Family owned Manufacturing business to bring in specialist with Factory / Production Process Improvement!

This role will work closely / liaise between the Section leaders and Production Manager to determine ensure best practice to maximise factory output as well as drive the shopfloor workforce

Main responsibilities are

� Responsible for Non conformance / Continuous improves

� Process implementation / training of processes

� Quality improvement measures

� Customer product complaints

� Assessing factory output / data collection from section leaders to analysis

� Support the Production manager with projects

The ideal person will be from a factory / production background and have experience of continuous improvement / ISO Audits / be someone who strives for the best methods and more importantly be someone who can influence the workforce!
