Role:




  • Leadership opportunity with the potential for progression in the short / medium term for those focussed on achievement.

  • Reporting to and working closely with the Production / Operations Manager, leading a team of 30-60 operators, with�responsibility for developing and improving the performance of a high volume, fast moving 'blue collar' operation.

  • You will lead and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

  • You will identify issues negatively affecting performance and implement corrective action plans to resolve.

  • This is a leadership role, requiring engagement and coaching to bring everyone together to achieve the vision.
