Production Team Leader Day Shift -Huntingdon, PE28
Full-time, weekly paid, 46 guaranteed hours per week
Pay: up to £13.80 per hour *depending on experience full-time, permanent, and weekly paid
*Circa £30,009 per annum
*Six-month fixed-term contract with the potential for a permanent position*
Location commutable from Peterborough, Huntingdon, St Neots, Thrapston, etc
Shifts: Day Shift, 4 on 4 off, 07:00 - 19:30
*From £12.45 to £13.80 p/h depending on experience
What youll be doing -Production Team Leader Day Shift, Huntingdon, PE28, Cambridgeshire
You will play a pivotal role in managing, leading, and inspiring Production and Machine Operators to run one of our production lines
You will also advocate for best working practices by ensuring colleagues follow correct safety procedures and work alongside Quality Control to ensure the freshness of products.
You will make active decisions in a fast-paced environment, regularly check KPIs, and suggest alternative ways to improve the efficiency of the line.
You will promote a safe space for colleagues be a valuable team player in contributing to the Acompany culture and motivate your team to excellence.
You will complete daily reports such as administration, report any breakdowns, and liaise with your Line Manager about any inefficiencies on the line.

Requirements
Experience within Fresh Produce / Food Production / FMCG environment or similar
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver timely results.
Demonstrative experience to adapt to environments and make quick decisions, such as responding appropriately to solve problems.
Continuously strive for excellence, empower, and motivate your team to work collaboratively.
An awareness of the Production life cycle or willingness to learn.
