Production Manager/Head of Production

Reed Food and FMCG have been briefed to support a fantastic and growing business, based in West London, with the recruitment of their new Head of Production. The role will offer someone a great opportunity to oversee a Medium/Large team, help to drive the business forward into their next phase of development.

Head of Production/Production Manager

West London

�60-�70k depending on experience

10-15% Bonus

Key competencies:

• Proven experience of driving a continuous improvement culture in a senior leadership role
• Strong production background across multiple categories
• High Care/High Risk experience
• Labelling experience
• Proven experience of overseeing a minimum team of 50.
