Are you a self starting, motivated Production, Manufacturing or Operations Manager looking to join an internationally-renowned unique manufacturer and service provider in a highly autonomous role, where you will have the authority and scope to take control of operational, production and facilities based processes and technically diverse projects?

Within this pivotal role, you will have full responsibility for the continued effectiveness of the production department, operations team and overall strategies across the facility. You will also be tasked with monitoring and continuously improving production/ operational budgeting and health & safety compliance and standards. Candidates with Production, Manufacturing or Operations Leadership experience are encouraged to apply.

The Role:

• Lead and coordinate the Production/ Manufacturing Department to deliver a high level of manufacturing efficiency
• Creating and developing new processes and standards across the business
• Facilities management and budget/ spend control
• Monday - Friday, days based

The Person:

• Management experience in a Manufacturing or Production environment
• Lean manufacturing experience desirable
• Commutable from Colchester, Ipswich, Clacton-on-Sea, Braintree, Felixstowe and surrounding areas.
