Part of the Senior Leadership Team, the Production Manager will play a key role in shaping the future of this growing business driving Operational Excellence.An attractive benefits package includes:(Salary circa £50k)33 days annual holidaysHealthcareTraining & Development opportunitiesSenior Leadership positionOnsite parkingKey elements of the role (in conjunction with HR, Operations and Quality Lead):Operational ExcellenceCreation, implementation and high-quality delivery of the production plan, maximising yield and minimising downtime and waste, according to set targets.PeopleUltimately this is a People Management focused role - you will ensure all production staff are operating at full optimisation and production processes are running efficiently across the business.Continuous Improvement/Quality + Safety focusMaintain Quality Management systems and standards.Recommend improvement of the production processes to include efficiency, quality and safety.Your essentials ingredients for success:You will have proven experience within a manufacturing environment at a similar level and be able to demonstrate a high-level understanding of operating integrity, quality systems and compliance.Naturally you will be a strong communicator, highly organised with excellent planning and time management skills. Problem solving will very much be, 'your thing', alongside a tenacity get to the root cause of operational issues.
