Position: Production Manager

Location: London SE18

Salary: �35k - �42k (Negotiable Depending on Experience)

The Role:

• The Production Manager will oversee all aspects of the production process, including stock control, personalisation, hand finishing and their small machine room


• You will manage people, processes, and systems to ensure efficient production operations, high-quality output, and timely delivery of products


• The successful candidate will be responsible for optimising production processes, managing resources effectively, and coordinating with other departments


• Oversee and manage production activities, including stock control, laser and inkjet printing/personalisation, benchwork and machine room operations


• Organise resources to ensure production schedules are met


• Maintain inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily production activities, stocktakes, and audits


• Supervise and direct production staff, ensuring high levels of motivation, morale, and communication


• Manage production layout and product flow to optimise efficiency

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a production manager or in a similar managerial role


• Excellent leadership and organisational skills


• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills


• Proficiency in production management software and databases


• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and technical expertise
