Production Manager

Are you a hands on, proactive Production Manager looking for a new role to make your own stamp?
We are currently working with a multi-site, market leading food manufacturer who are looking for a Production Manager to come into a new Production Manager role for the site on a 4 on 4 off days shift.
You will be responsible for overseeing the end to end process, upholding performance and production standards, KPI management, cross functional ability, health & safety, continuous improvement and succession planning.
You will need to have +5 years' experience operating at management level within a food environment, ideally experience in a chilled, fast paced food environment, strong communication to build cross functional relationships.
