As a Production Manager, you will oversee the production facility in Slough focusing on delivering exceptional quality products. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives and create a LEAN production setup, driving innovation and ensuring targets are met.

Responsibilities as a Production Manager in Slough.

• Lead, manage, and develop the production and test teams, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
• Drive change, create a LEAN production environment, and deliver tangible quality improvements
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand bottlenecks and provide solutions.
• Manage production resource levels to drive efficiency and meet financial and operational targets.
• Review daily production progress, ensuring on-time delivery and addressing any delays or challenges.
• Manage factory facilities, subcontractors, and preventive maintenance schedules.

Requirements as a Production Manager in Slough.

• Degree or equivalent in Engineering or a related field.
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and previous production management experience.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams in a pressurized environment.
