Location: Taunton
Salary: £45,000 to £50,000
An opportunity has opened for a Production Manager to join a manufacturing company based in Taunton. The ideal candidate will have a background within manufacturing and engineering and will have experience working as Manufacturing Lead / Manager or Production Lead / Manager.
What theyre looking for:
Background within Manufacturing or Engineering
Any Electronics manufacturing skills would be a bonus
Management and leadership experience
Planning and process experience
Knowledge of quality control
Proven experience of driving continuous improvement
Documentation experience
Production Manager Responsibilities:
Overseeing the manufacturing team and the production processes
Ensuring the department are meeting deadlines
Driving continuous improvement
Maintain quality standards
Keep to H&S standards
Maintaining and writing any documentation required
