We are looking for a motivated production manager to join a market leading company in the UK. You will be a key member in ensuring the production facility is kept running. The position will appeal to a strong manager looking for their next challenging role within in a secure and stable company.

Role Description

\n
• Oversee the production process from start to finish.
\n
• Develop and implement plans to meet production goals and deadlines.
\n
• Manage a team of production supervisors and workers.
\n
• Schedule and coordinate production activities to ensure maximum efficiency.
\n
• Identify and resolve production-related problems promptly.
\n
• Ensure the quality of the finished product meets customer expectations.
\n
• Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed.
\n
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
\n
• Maintain accurate records of production data and costs.
\n
• Develop innovating ways to undertake Fabrication and Engineering Works using new equipment and flexible methods between engineering disciplines whilst maintain a high level of safety within the business undertakings.

• To reinforce safe working practices in all areas and is an ardent champion of safety.

Skills and Qualifications

• Engineering & Fabrication Management
\n
• Time Served Engineering Apprenticeship
\n
• Full Driver's License
\n
• Recognised Health and Safety Qualification
\n
