Are you an experienced Production Manager with a passion for driving operational excellence? Our client is looking for a proactive and results-driven individual to lead their production operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

As Production Manager, you will:

• Oversee day-to-day production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance.
• Lead and develop a high-performing production team.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet business objectives.
• Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to achieve production targets.
• Ensure adherence to industry and company standards.

As Production Manager, you will have:

• Proven experience in FMCG production management with strong leadership skills.
• Expertise in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in high-volume operations.
• Excellent knowledge of health & safety and quality compliance.
