This role will see the suitable candidate primarily responsible for the Identification stamping of all parts to ensure quality, regulatory and technical requirements are met. The successful individual should demonstrate a willingness to learn, as they become multi-skilled around the entire site, taking learning opportunities in their stride to continually develop.

The Training:

• Training on the operation of a range of Identification equipment and processes
• Training on the interpretation of job packs, engineering drawings and measurements
• Training around the site to become multi-skilled in various disciplines

The Role:

• Operate the IDENT Printer to print identification tags onto parts for traceability purposes
• Tap out Identification for titanium and steel pads and etch onto parts as required
• Printing of identification labels for components
• Operation of the Vibro machine for part making of Hawk components and various test pieces
• Comply with quality and regulatory standards as set out in the relevant specification
• Provide support in all areas of the site including movement of components between processes and production chasing.
• The role is a 70/30 split between physically demanding work and cycle counting/chasing components

The Person:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
• Willingness to train and develop constantly
