Production operative/Spray shop

Are you an experienced Production Operative/Spray shop operative who is looking for a temporary to permanent role within a well-established company who have been in business for over 50 years?

Working Hours:

Mon - Thurs: 7am - 4.30pm, Friday 7am-12pm, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate completion of required paperwork
• Working safely with chemicals stripping rubber from inserts and applying bond to inserts.
• Monitoring machinery and equipment to ensure they are always kept in a fully operational
• Reporting any faults/issues to the Production Team Leader
• Ensuring that your area is kept in a clean and tidy condition
• Problem Solving & Process Improvements

What we need from you:

• Manufacturing experience
• Computer literacy is essential
• Good communication skills
• Good organisation skills
• Manual handling
• Heavy lifting
