About the Role



As a Production Operative / Trainee Weaver, you'll embark on a hands-on training journey to master the art of hand weaving—a skill distinct from conventional loom weaving. Your key responsibilities will include:




  • Weaving Expertise: Learn to produce a variety of woven belting products specifically for the biscuit industry.

  • Operational Excellence: Follow detailed instructions and operating procedures to maintain high-quality standards.

  • Versatility: While your primary focus will be on becoming a skilled weaver, you'll also assist with warping, loom setup, wiring, sewing, inspection, coating, and packing as needed.
