At Job & Talent, we are recruiting for Production Operative to work with an important company in the Haydock WA11 0QZ area. Our client is a market leader of food and beverage products, manufacturing their own products, as well as some of the best known brands.

Shift Patterns:

• Monday - Friday rotational AM / PM - 6:00-14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00
• Monday - Friday PM - 22:00 - 6:00

Pay Rates

• £11.44 p/h for the first 12 weeks
• £12.29 p/h day shift after 12 weeks
• £14.87 p/h nights shift after 12 weeks

As a Production Operative you will need to have:

• Interest to learn new skills and processes as full training will be provided.
• Communication and numeracy skills - a good level of English is required.
• Good attention to details.
• Excellent timekeeping and high performance.
• This is a full-time role; you must have full-time Right to Work permitted.

Role of a Production Operative:

• Working within a busy/fast paced environment
• Packing food products.
• Ensure product quality standards are met
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area
• Labeling, palletizing and wrapping products
• Follow safety protocols at all times
• Complete all health and safety checks and actions in line with company procedure.
