Production Operative

Thrive Group are recruiting for a Production Operative on temporary-permanent basis, with a view to start immediately.

This position is located in Malmesbury.

This is a full-time position, working 06:30-15:00, Monday-Friday, paying �11.50 per hour.

Responsibilities of the role includes;

• Operation of specialist laser cutting machines.
• Follow quality monitoring processes and procedures to ensure the highest standards possible.
• Monitor all waste and non - compliant product and record all such occurrences.
• Scan all jobs onto the ERP system in real time.
• Prioritise health and safety in all areas of operation.
• Machine maintenance.
• Maintain log sheets.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work environment at all times.
• Follow all required protocols when operating the lasers.
• Maintain stocks of bags and inserts.
• Participate in and ensure complete accuracy of periodic stock takes.

The successful candidate will:

• Have experience within a similar production environment.
• Have strong attention to detail.
• Display excellent levels of teamwork and co-operation.
