Production Operative

HRGO are recruiting production operatives for our specialist manufacturing client in Birkenhead. You will be part of a growing team in an exciting industry, all positions are being recruited on a temp to perm basis.

Job Title: Production Operative

Location: Birkenhead

Pay: £12 per hour, paid weekly

Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (3pm finish on a Friday)

Contract Type: Temp to perm after 13 weeks

Responsibilities

Operate hand tools and machinery safely and efficiently to produce construction materials
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Assist in the assembly and fabrication of construction components
Maintain a clean and organised work environment
Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Job Requirements

Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential
Proficient in using a variety of hand tools, or be confident and willing to learn how to use them
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and quality
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
This is a physically demanding role
