Production Operative

PS LTD are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join our growing manufacturing client.

This is a hands-on role that involves operating machinery, moving heavy materials, and working efficiently in a fast-paced,�dusty, outdoor and noisy�environment. If you have experience in a similar manufacturing role and hold a valid FLT (Counterbalance) license, we want to hear from you.

MUST BE HAPPY WITH HEAVY LIFTING

Hours:�Monday to Friday 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm (Rotating each week)

Pay Rate:��12.50 per hour basic / Overtime - �18.75 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Manually loading and unloading materials on to the machine.


• Handle and transport heavy materials and products across the production area.


• Ensure materials are loaded and unloaded efficiently using FLT Counterbalance.


• Conduct quality checks on finished products to maintain high manufacturing standards.


• Follow all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment at all times.


• Maintain productivity in a�dusty, outdoor and noisy�working environment.


• Keep the work area clean and organized.


• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.


• Valid FLT Counterbalance license is essential.


• Ability to lift and move heavy materials throughout the shift.


• Comfortable working in a�dusty, outdoor and noisy�environment.


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.


• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.


• Willingness to work in a physically demanding role.
