Job Title: Production Operative

Location: Bideford

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Pay Rate: �11.44 per hour

Acorn by Synergie are looking for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing team based in Bideford.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment in the production of pallets.
• Follow detailed production plans and adhere to safety standards.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors promptly.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.

Person Specification:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good physical condition, capable of lifting and moving heavy objects.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and guidelines.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
