Production Operative

Production Operative, £12.45 per hour, Flexible bank role, part-time, various shifts available

Smart Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Production Operative to join our team, working for one of the leading employers in the region. This hands-on role requires a team player who is ready to take on a variety of tasks. As a Production Operative, your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring that all products are made to the highest standard and meet required specifications
• Accurately reading and understanding manufacturing instructions, and utilising the in-house IT system
• Ensuring that production lines operate at full capacity and meet quality standards
• Taking appropriate action to correct faults and identify issues

If you have previous experience working in a busy production environment, along with excellent IT skills, we want to hear from you. In addition, you should have:

• An interest in machinery and how to troubleshoot it
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in manufacturing or production
