Production Operative

A rapidly growing manufacturer in Bury St Edmunds is seeking skilled production operatives to support increasing production demands. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a manufacturing background and hands-on experience using hand and power tools to join a dynamic and expanding team.

What's the pay?

We are offering between �11.44 - �13.00+ p/hour, depending on experience. Overtime is regularly available at increased rates.

Hours of work:

Monday to Thursday, 06:00 - 16:00, with Fridays off

Where is the job?

Located in Bury Town, Suffolk. It is commutable for someone who uses public transport & also has parking on-site for drivers.

Production Operative Duties?

• Assembling mechanical components with precision
• Securing and fixing small components accurately
• Utilising hand and power tools effectively, such as impact guns
• Maintaining a clean working environment
• Working with stainless and mild steel materials
• Shot blasting / paint spraying

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will preferably possess the ability to interpret technical drawings. We seek an individual who enjoys staying productive, manages their time effectively, and thrives in a hands-on work environment.
