Production Operative

M4 Recruitment are currently recruiting for production operatives to work for a leading manufacturer and assembler of high-quality lighting solutions based near Marlborough. My client is looking to expand their talented team of Production / Assembley Operatives who are passionate about hands-on work and take pride in their craft.

Working Hours:

• 
  

  Monday to Thursday: 08:15 AM - 5:00 PM

  
  


• 
  

  Friday: 08:15 AM - 12:45 PM

  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Assemble and manufacture lighting products to a high standard

  
  


• 
  

  Work with hand tools and other assembly equipment with precision and care

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean and organised workspace to ensure safety and efficiency

  
  


• 
  

  Perform quality checks to ensure products meet our exacting standards

  
  


• 
  

  Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

  
  


• 
  

  Follow company guidelines and health & safety procedures

  
  

Who We’re Looking For:

• 
  

  A passion for hands-on work with a keen eye for detail

  
  


• 
  

  Strong manual dexterity and experience working with hand tools

  
  


• 
  

  Reliability, punctuality, and a positive, can-do attitude

  
  


• 
  

  Previous experience in mechanical assembly or production work is highly advantageous

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work well as part of a team and contribute to a positive working environment

  
  


• 
  

  Own transport is essential due to the location of the site, as it is not easily accessible by public transport
