Production Operative

Assembly Operators, Renfrew, �12.21 per hour

We're looking for motivated individuals to join the Production Team at our global headquarters in Inchinnan. This is a full-time opportunity with training provided and the potential for a permanent contract.

What you'll be doing:

You'll be part of a skilled team assembling contact cleaning machines used in the electronics, automotive, medical, and packaging industries worldwide.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Building machines and sub-assemblies using parts, tools, and detailed work instructions
• Reading build directions and diagrams to guide your work
• Checking the quality of parts at each stage to make sure they meet standards
• Working with your team to meet production targets and deadlines
• Keeping your workspace tidy and following Lean and 5S practices
• Supporting continuous improvement efforts by giving feedback and spotting areas to improve
• Rotating across production cells to gain new skills

What you can expect:

• A full-time temp to perm contract with a competitive pay rate of 12.21 per hour
• Investment in training & development
• Fixed 35-hour work week over 4 days, giving you long weekends:
• Monday to Thursday OR Tuesday to Friday, 07:15-16:30
• Free onsite parking

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, assembly, or similar hands-on roles is helpful-but not essential
• A solid work history and strong work ethic - reliable, punctual, and ready to learn
• Someone who enjoys practical work and takes pride in doing a job well
• Good attention to detail and a focus on quality
• Willingness to follow instructions and take ownership of your work
