Production Operative

Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Shrewsbury
Hours: 5am – 14:00pm
Pay: £12.21 per hour
As the Production Operative your role will involve:
* Working on the production line
* Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the work area
* Follow established procedures for product handling
* Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets while maintaining quality control
* Record production data accurately, including quantities produced and any discrepancies encountered
Experience / Requirements
* Basic mathematical skills for measuring ingredients and calculating production metrics
* Experience in food production environments is desirable
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
* Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration
