Our client in Worcester is seeking skilled Wax Press, Brazing, and Assembly Operatives. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to grow within a supportive environment, with a clear path toward long-term progression.

Shift Details

• Rotating Shift:��13.08� AM (Apply online only) and PM (Apply online only) shifts�


• Night Shift:��14.20 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Material Preparation and Assembly:�Clean, polish, and prepare materials for production.


• Product Assembly:�Assemble products following detailed specifications and quality standards.


• Tool Operation:�Use hand and power tools to complete assembly and finishing tasks safely and accurately.


• Quality Control:�Inspect finished products for defects to ensure they meet company standards.


• Production Support:�Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.


• Record Keeping:�Maintain accurate records of production activities and report any issues.

Requirements

• Tool & Machinery Knowledge:�Experience with hand tools and machinery operation.


• Production Experience:�Previous experience in a warehouse or production setting is preferred.


• Attention to Detail:�Ability to interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and ensure high quality.


• Physical Stamina:�Capable of performing repetitive tasks and lifting as needed.


• Team Player:�Strong communication skills and a positive approach to teamwork.


• Industry Background:�Experience in Aerospace or Automotive manufacturing is beneficial but not required, as full training will be provided.
