Production Operatives

Hamilton Mayday is currently recruiting for a number of Production Operatives.
The role will involve operations in the Production area and may involve lifting reasonable loads and sitting/standing for continued periods of time.
Role:
Performs manufacturing/assembly operations and various tasks following procedures, bills of materials, work instructions, and process aid sheets.
* Maintain a required daily output
* Required to ensure production targets are met
* Work with team lead, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency
* Other duties as assigned, and may be asked to be included in quality activities, training sessions, and employee activity teams
Key attributes and skills:
We are looking for team players with good communication skills who may be required to work in a controlled environment.
Candidates will have excellent attention to detail and have a good level of numeracy/literacy with the ability to problem solve.
